Exchange policy

  • If the product does not meet your expectations in regards to size, pattern, shade, work, print e etc. We will be happy to exchange the product for you as long as it meets the conditions.

Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following situations:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/Stitched/Customized items
  • It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to us at our given address within 7 days of delivery of an order.
  • We will provide the Exchange once the product is received by us in unused, and complete condition.
  • You will receive a coupon code of similar value to your registered email address with which you can buy the other product from the website.
  • No discounts, offers, or promotions apply to any transaction which will include exchange coupons.

Returns Policy:

  • In an unlikely situation where you receive a damaged parcel, you can refuse to accept the delivery and you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • To exchange a damaged product you need to provide a video of the unboxing and in such a situation, the exchange policy applies.

  • In case of a complete refund, you will receive a coupon code which can be used a single time to make any purchase from a store of similar value.
  • Apart from the conditions specified herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Cancellation Policy

  • You can make a cancel request within 24 hours or before your order is shipped of placing an order.

  • In case your cancellation request is approved you will receive a refund after the deduction of a 5% processing charge in your bank account.
