We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following Terms & Conditions clearly prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.

Exchange Policy

If you do not love what you receive, we will happily exchange the product for another product – We allow this only once per order.

  1. Please send a exchange request email to ethnicraceindia@gmail.com along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of the order/product.
  2. NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product.
  3. Once a return/ exchange request is approved – we will reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.
  4. The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate.
  5. We will start our process of replacement or exchange within 2-3 days of receiving the product. 
  6. Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are done also.
  7. Exchange policy does not applies to international customers.

Return Policy (Applies to India, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, United States, South Africa )

Quality Concerns

Our quality is checked thoroughly before Shipping – however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product, please send a return request email to ethnicraceindia@gmail.com along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product. 

  • Once a Return Request is Approved – we will reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.
  • The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate.
  • We will start our process of refund within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
  • Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are done also.
  • In case of COD order kindly mention your bank details in return request email to allow us to transfer the amount into your bank account.
  • For prepaid/ online payment orders the refund will be transferred to the source account. 
  • The refund settlement usually takes 1 to 7  days to reflect in your bank account.
  • Slight change in colour, work, embroidery, light  due to photography will not be considered as defect/damage.
  • Customize products are ineligible for any type of return or exchange.
  • If you receive damage parcel at the time of delivery, you can refuse to accept it from delivery partners. 
  • NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product.

Please note –

  1. The Quality Defect Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the Material, Colour, style etc. of the product. We suggest that the Customer should read the Product Description clearly and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also email us to know more details about the product and we will be happy to clarify any doubts you may have before buying.
  2. Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 days and since loads of couriers have to be combined the reverse transit may take up to 3-15 days. Some remote locations in Kashmir or the Northeast may even take up to 21 days to return the product. We would appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.

Other Concerns

We understand if you do not like a product shipped to you and are unable to decide upon a Replacement choice immediately.

  • In that case, please send a Return Request with reasons/pictures on Request email to ethnicraceindia@gmail.com message WhatsApp at along with pictures of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of product.
  •  Once a Return Request is Approved – we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.
  • The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate.
  • Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are also done. 

Cancellation policy

  1. Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship products between 1-2 working hours of order receipt during the non-peak season. 

  2. Please send the order cancellation requests email to ethnicraceindia@gmail.com. If an order is Canceled before we ship – we can Refund via the payment method you chose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 days to reflect in your account. 

  3. In case we have any cancellations on COD, we do not allow these customers from making any further purchases (unless Pre-paid) from all of our sites and partner sites.
